Although hearing aids are extremely well made and modern devices have special coatings to protect against dirt and moisture, occasionally they can fail.

If your hearing instrument is not working then check the troubleshooting guide in your hearing aid manual first. If you are unable to resolve the problem then you should send your hearing aids away for repair.

If the hearing aid is not broken but is not functioning to it's original specification then your may only require our clean and check service. The instruments will receive a professional clean to ensure that it works as intended.
